Doesn't cover literally everything, since for some reason, part of the video was cut off of the end. I'm not really bothered though, because all that was left can be explained here:

Vault construction pieces carry power through them passively. This means that simply having your vault all in one single piece will provide you with a native 150 power (from the default generator) and that you DO NOT need to connect a generator to a wall conduit like you would with other generators - it can travel through the floor so long as it connects to the vault.

Everything else in the vault building blocks can be used on the same principals as what has been shown in this video.
