Hey everyone! Welcome to what is potentially the biggest Fallout 4 update yet, with information on the Endurance attribute as well as 100+ new perks that were revealed! Details below:

ENDURANCE INFO:

Endurance increases health, radiation resistance, sprinting ability.

You will likely need to moderate your hunger and thirst in Fallout 4.

PERK INFO:

70 Base Perks, yielding 275 Total Perks

Cannibal: Allows you to eat other humans to get health back.

Unknown Perk: Allows you to breathe Underwater.

Adamantium Skeleton: stronger limbs and greater damage resistance.

(Insert SPECIAL Attribute here) Training: Allows you to increase corresponding SPECIAL skill by 1 point for each rank, with a total of 10 ranks.

Better Criticals: 3 rank perk that increases critical damage with each rank. The damage increase is 50% upon first rank, and unknown for next ranks.

Big Leagues: 5 rank perk that increases melee damage with each rank. The damage increase is 20% upon first rank, and unknown for next ranks.

Commando: 5 rank perk that increases automatic weapon damage with each rank. The damage increase is 20% upon first rank, and unknown for next ranks.

Gun Nut: 4 rank perk that allows you to craft significantly better weapons.

Rifleman: 5 rank perk that increases non-automatic weapon damage with each rank. The damage increase is 20% upon first rank, and unknown for next ranks.

Science: 4 rank perk that allows you to take advantage of “advanced technology” (probably terminals). More importantly though, this perk helps you significantly in crafting weapons and as such will likely be one of the most important perks in Fallout 4.

Toughness: 5 rank perk that increases damage resistance. The resistance increase is +10 upon first rank, and unknown for rest.

Cap Collector: 3 rank perk that improves prices when buying & selling from vendors. This perk falls under the Charisma attribute and requires a Charisma of 1 to obtain.

Lady Killer: 3 rank perk that allows you to do 5% more damage to women and makes them easier to persuade in dialogue on the first rank. Lady Killer falls under the Charisma attribute and requires a Charisma of 2.

Lone Wanderer: 3 rank perk that when adventuring without a companion makes you take 15% less damage and allows you to carry 50 extra points of weight JUST for the first rank. This also falls under the Charisma attribute and requires a Charisma of 3.

Attack Dog: 3 rank perk that allows Dogmeat to hold/incapacitate an enemy and give you a greater chance to hit them in VATS with first rank. Falls under the Charisma attribute and requires a Charisma of 4.

Animal Friend: 3 rank perk with which you can pacify (which basically means make harmless) animals that are below your level. Animal Friend falls under the Charisma attribute and requires a Charisma of 5.

Local Leader: 2 rank perk that allows you to establish supply lines between settlements, and this perk could low-key be pretty good from what Bethesda has said. It falls under the Charisma attribute and requires a Charisma of 6.

Party Boy: 3 rank perk that results in you no longer get addicted to alcohol. Falls under the Charisma attribute and requires a Charisma of 7.

Inspirational: 3 rank perk that makes your companion do more damage in combat and unable hurt you. It also falls under the Charisma attribute and requires a Charisma of 8.

Wasteland Whisperer: 3 rank perk that allows you to pacify CREATURES that are below your level. Falls under the Charisma attribute and requires a Charisma of 9.

Intimidation: 3 rank perk. With rank 1, you can pacify HUMANS that are below your level, rank 2 allows you to “incite them to attack,” and rank 3 allows you to control them to some extent. Falls under Charisma attribute and requires a Charisma of 10.

V.A.N.S: 1 rank perk that displays the path to your closest quest target. Similar to Clairvoyance from Skyrim. Falls under Intelligence and requires an Intelligence of 1.

Medic perk: 4 rank perk that makes stimpaks and rad-away significantly more effective. Falls under Intelligence and requires an Intelligence of 2.

Sneak: 5 rank perk which makes you harder to detect with each rank. It falls under Agility attribute and requires an Agility of 3.

Bloody Mess: 4 rank perk that increases damage with all weapons, and makes death animations more gory. Falls under Luck attribute and requires a luck of 3.
