This series covers the construction of my settlement at County Crossing. Apart from Place Everywhere no settlement object mods were used, and only uses vanilla and DLC objects with some additional assets being spawned using Console Commands.

In the first part of the series I patch up and repair the pre-existing ruined house. The ground floor will be used as the settlements bar, and also features some covered workshop and storage area.

In the third part of the series I extend the existing settler shack, creating a storage area on the ground floor with a larger settler home with balconies on the roof.
