In this mod review I cover a mod that adds a new weapon to Fallout 4. This is the Japanese Type 4 Garand which is based off a weapon created by the Japanese during WW2 after they had acquired Garands from the US army they converted them to shoot different ammo from a magazine. This weapon does look quite like the original Garand minus the reload and therefore is missing the Garands iconic ping. Speaking of the reload this weapon has a horrible reload animation that doesn't fit the weapon at all and looks really bad and it is a deal breaker for me. The weapon has a good selection of attachments though and does function well as a rifle. It's just that with the issues it's hard to recommend.
