In this mod review I cover a mod that adds a new weapon to the game, the Tinkerer's Tesla RCW. This weapon is a rapid-fire lightning smg that shoots lightning bolts that spread an area of effect damage. This weapon is also highly customizable with a variety of unique attachments to design the weapon you want it to be.
