In this mod review I cover a mod that adds the ghoul mask from fallout 3 to fallout 4. To obtain the ghoul mask in fallout 4 you will need to be at least level 20 and then you start a short quest to kill ghouls and collect their skin fragments and once you have 10 you can craft the ghoul mask at the chemistry station. It functions the same as the ghoul mask in fallout 3 as in if you are wearing it feral ghouls will no longer attack you unless provoked.
