In this mod review I cover a mod that imagines the institute wanted to make a smg that shoots lasers, and they did exactly that, and the weapon was a p90 that goes pew pew. This weapon is quite good in some respects such as design and customization options. Unfortunately, it doesn't work very well. It's not powerful enough to be very useful in the endgame as well as looking completely broken in vats with your character pointing the gun strait in the air.
