My settlement with a workshop, a store that sells everything, a weapons dealer dealing out of the garage and your typical disco bowling alley and fitness centre. Also includes a small farm with brahmin and a dog house.

Nothing was modded, this is the clean Fallout 4 with no mods installed, no cheats were used, I only had to have A LOT of patience placing things on shelves.

Pay attention to details and misc items lying around to make it look more alive, place bottles, cigars, cigarettes and other stuff on tables to make it look like it's being used. To get power use generators and place pylons that distribute power. Connect them with wires and use conductors to get power from one place to another.
