8Fallout 4 Gameplay Walkthrough - Fallout 4 ROCKVILLE SLUGGER Location Fallout 4 Secret Weapons - The Rockville Slugger looks like a standard baseball bat with the oak wood and spikes mods attached, the only difference being a very faint trademark from Moe Cronin. In addition to doing incredible damage, the Rockville Slugger bears the VATS enhanced effect, which allows for 40% less Action Points to use in VATS.
