Today's episode of #simsettlements2 for #fallout4 has me futzing around again with the Farms Abernathy and Finch...as they refuse to level up their city plans...again. BUT...this time Abernathy is now Level 3, which means making sure everything is electrically connected...and now we have to find settlers for the place, as the population max is STILL a measly 4...even though it can hold quite a few more. Maddening!
