At the very beginning of Fallout 4 the Protagonist has the several dialogue options that they can choose during the conversation with the Vault-Tec Representative. During this playthrough as Nora, I select the following negative conversation options;
Answer 1: Not Interested
Answer 2: Not Right Now
Answer 3: Go Away
Answer 4: No
Answer 5: Why Bother
Answer 6: Waste Of Time
This triggers additional dialogue options with the Protagonists Spouse but regardless of her attempt to make the Vault-Tec Rep leave, Nate insists that they just fill out the paper work and think of it as insurance for Shaun's future.
