With the Advanced receiver fitted to the deliver, it boast a pretty fast rate of fire. With the Deadeye effect, you can further increase the fire-rate of this weapon relative to real time when you enter the slowdown state. This results in high DPS which rivals some automatic weapons. It also allows you to quickly output sneak attack criticals, being a very quiet weapon. The Deliverer has some pretty good potential.
