I was challenged to make the Pool Cue a viable weapon using Peterhick's Upgrade to crafting Mod. After racking my brains for what I could to to improve this weapon, I opted to add 2 VATS Enhanced Effects, so I could spam this in VATS as much as possible to increase my defense and relying on Blitz Rank 2 to do as much damage as possible.

This was by the most frustrating video to Film. The damn Mirelurk killed me so many times...

After filming, I came to the conclusion that the Pool Cue is a god awful weapon. Shocking, right?
