Fallout 4 You Only Live Once, a challenge run where no healing at all is allowed.

The use of Stimpacks is strictly prohibited, Radaway is not allowed, and the curing of illnesses and addictions (aside from infections) is verboten. As I take damage I will count it up manually, and add it to a permanent list. If the amount of damage I've taken exceeds my maximum health at any given time, or if I accrue so much radiation damage that it kills me, the run is over, and I have lost.

Although Survival requires sleeping, eating, and drinking, the health regained as part of those activities, or any health that is naturally regenerated will not be counted towards the true health total. The goal of this hardcore run is to progress through the entire main storyline, and the storylines of all DLC, while at the same time completing all companion questlines, and then to play through every non-radiant quest to completion.

No glitches or game changing mods will be used, the only content affecting the viability of the run will be Bethesda licensed addons and extra content. This means that any mods, or esps that introduce any new elements, or otherwise alter any existing elements within the game to favor the player are strictly forbidden, and any that favor failure will be avoided for commonsense purposes. However, any content added to the game, or changed by any files published by Bethesda, including DLC and Creation Club files are considered to be fair game.
