Bethesda has just disabled the Survival Mode servers (pre-patch 14) and introduced a new type of weekly challenge with the Vault 94 Heart Frame reward. They have also added new entries and promotions to the Atomic Shop, as well as two new FREE icons! However, things seem to be way more unstable and buggy... For instance, voice chat doesn't seem to work for some people on PC and melee hits are even buggier with the first 1-3 hits not registering. Fast travel tends to do not register too and even when you die you can encounter new issues, such as no controls or lost junk loot.
