Two of the strongest metas in Fallout 76 (Wastelanders update)include the Bloodied and Junkie builds. Today's video will show you how to create a similar Junkie Build and witness the strengths of the build including:
- play any way that you want
- have consistent, high DPS
- being effective in both PVE and PVP
