Only played a few hours, so it is too early to say for sure, and it's a low bar to pass, but honestly, Fallout 76 now seems to have a better dialogue system than Fallout 4. It's not the most enthusiastic glowing endorsement you may ever hear, but it is actually a good step. So a slight and wary 'YAY' from me.
