If your game bugs out during the mission, characters don't respond or you cannot progress further beyond "Meet Johnny" text, just close the game, load it again and restart the mission by carefully following the list below:
1) Do NOT skip any dialog during the mission
2) Immediately destroy 2 Turrets when the Vault Door is opened
3) Talk to Meg as the mission states
4) Meet with the Team and wait until they finish the conversation
5) Check the Computer and take the Card on the table
6) Flip the breaker and go directly to the elevator
7) Go up and Go down again to enter The Vault
8) Continue through the vault and team should be inside the room
9) Clean the area
10) Go to the Intercom and do not activate it, first wait them to finish the conversation
11) Activate the Intercom and continue with the mission normally
