After dealing with Dog/God, the casino's theatre awakens.

You need to go there to face Dean. The terminal at the Tampico's receptionist desk contains the security code for the entrance lobby terminal. The password for the Tampico terminal can be found a little further in next to the skeletons of a couple.

Head into the theatre through either side door. Approach the lit music stand. Interact with it to find the backstage key. Upon finding the key, Dean appears to warn about the danger of security holograms.
Passing the skill checks here can be some nice XP.

When you say goodbye, run to the door to your upper right and close it behind you. Look upward at the near by wall to shoot or disable a hologram emitter.

The plan is to find a performance holotape of Dean and uploading it into a hologram projector to reset theatre security.

There are two wall mounted speakers in the backstage area. The first is around the corner after Dean's room. The second is in the two-entrance prop room.

Although I didn't catch it, there is an emitter in the prop room. It is tucked in a corner behind the couch.

Go to the end of the hallway and interact with the terminal to cut off some of the unbreakable speakers. Backtrack to Dean's dressing room. Check his safe and the gun case under his mirror for the chance of a stealth boy.

Grab Vera's room key from Dean's room. Enter Vera's room and turn immediately to your right to turn off her radio. Take the holotape of Dean from a little table and grab Vera's master key underneath it.

If you exit the backstage area through the door closest to Vera's room, the stairs to the projector is at the opposite corner of the room. Just run for it or wait for the holograms to look away.

By the projector, you can find a Lying, Congressional Style book on a metal shelf. Load up the holotape into the projector and go reunite with Dean.

If you never were rude and didn't use barter checks, he is happy to see you and doesn't need to be killed.

From where you reunite with Dean, turn right and look for a playing card to advance the Dead Man's Hand challenge.

With Dean dealt with, exit the theatre and take the elevator up to the resort suites.
