Decided to make this video to see the full extent of the electrical switch in the Hidden Valley Bunker. This does not make the virus purging mini-game any easier:

The virus still jumps to the inactive terminals which requires resupplying them with power again, but by that point you'd just rather not use it and deal with all the terminals instead. Getting the virus on only those 4 terminals in the center requires a lot of RNG, especially if you're going for the 3rd virus.

This is done on the latest patch, GOG version.
