This unmarked quest is more or less Lily's companion quest.

To get to talk about her medication dosage:
1. Ask her who Leo is.
2. Witness her having a psychotic break (let her HP go below 1/2)
3. Notice her saying that it's time for her medicine or pills.
4.Talk to her about both her psychotic break and medicine (medicine question is in the about her section of her dialogue tree)
5. Wait or sleep and listen to the holotape of her grandkids until it's finished.

Once you've heard the holo-tape ask her about it and she'll be willing to take your advice on the matter.

Telling her to keep taking her medicine every other time causes her combat stats to remain unchanged and she'll go into psychotic breaks only at quarter hp and will immediately stop them when you enter sneak mode. The ending associated with this choice cause her memory to enter a deep fog that forces her to migrate west to find her home when she was human.

Telling her to take her medicine every time reduces her combat abilities but bans psychotic breaks. The ending this causes leads to a calm Lily who has forgotten her grandkids and throws the holotape away.

Telling her to stop taking her medicine all together increases her combat stats but retains her psychotic breaks as they were when you first met. The ending with this choice has her turn into a hulk.
