This quest involves doing favors for the Great Khans in order to gain their trust and the unarmed attack "Khan Trick".

For starters, you'll need to teach Jack at least 4 drug recipes (convincing him to make stimpaks counts).

Once his objective completes, hit up Diane for work. First, she needs help finding a drug runner named Anders. Anders is at Cottonwood Cove tied to a cross. Walk there and get him down. Once he says he's heading back, you can too.

Next, Diane wants you to deliver to Don Hostetler. Don is usually at the Crimson Caravan Main Office or on a smoke break near the New Vegas Medical Clinic. At night, he's sleeping at home in which he looks out of place with his nice suit.

Return to Diane once Don has his supplies and she'll ask you to deliver to the Fiends in Vault 3. Before heading there, visit Colonel Hsu at McCarran and inquire about the Fiends, a Ranger Anderson, and Motor-Runner.

Once he accepts your help, approach Vault 3. Vault 3 is actually within the South Vegas Ruins. You'lll have to find an entrance door to the ruins before you can find the Vault. Don't be afraid to kill all the hostile fiends outside the Vault.

Before entering the Vault, have 64 speech or wear the Khan armor. At the entrance, you can convince the greeter you are a drug runner and all Fiends will become "friendly" towards you.

Loot in the Vault:
In the recreational area, the first part of the vault, find the main rec room (big chamber, many pool tables, a lot of doors) and track down a very easy locked door connected to the room. Through the door is some Nuka-Cola and variants.

In the Living Quarters, enter the first door you see (the one with a terminal by the door) and immediately look at the bookshelf to the right for a Chinese Special Ops book.

There is also a star cap in the end of the area, one floor above the flooded areas and in a bedroom. Some section that holds the Fiend Daniel.

Last notable loot, the Reverse Pulse Cleaner needed for Still in the Dark in a locker in Motor-Runner's Room.

Notes:
Ranger Anders is reached by turning left as soon as you enter the living quarters and going through the door at the end of hall. Beware of mines and a grenade bouquet. When you meet Anders, advise him to return to McCarran. He is scripted to die if he takes a single hit from a Fiend. They won't notice him if he sneaks out.

Return to the Living Quarters, find some captive civilians. They'll tell you to steal from or kill Daniel. Daniel is at the south end of the area up some stairs. Stealth kill him or pickpocket. Save the civilians for 100xp.

Don't bother with the submerged areas. They hold no unique weapons and might kill you.

Now find Motor-Runner. Give him Jack and Diane's drugs, kill him for Hsu, take his helmet as evidence of his death, remember the Reverse Pulse cleaner from one of the lockers in his throne room, and return to Hsu and Diane.
