To start the quest, you need to pass a 40 speech check with Carlitos, or 75 speech or 50 medicine to start the quest through Joana.

Completing this quest starts the quest How Little We Know.
50 speech is required to actually win the quest.

Basically, act as messenger boy between the two until Carlitos says he needs Joana to agree with an escape.

50 speech is required to continue the quest; Joana needs a bit of a confidence boost.

With Joana in, Carlitos' plan is to have everybody flee to Freeside around midnight. He suggests cashing in a favor for him by recruiting the Beard Brothers in the Atomic Wrangler.

At midnight, talk to Joana and follow her and two other prostitutes out of Gomorrah. Follow the trio until they meet Calitos in Freeside.

When the reunion is almost done, you get ambushed by Omerta thugs. With 9 strength or 85 speech you can get them to leave peacefully.

If you do have to fight them, try to be quick. The quest fails if Joana or Carlitos die.
