Fallout: New Vegas (Xbox One) - 1080p60 HD Walkthrough Part 311 - The Safehouses
Fallout: New Vegas - Ultimate Edition, played on Xbox One, backwards compatible since June 24, 2016.
This is (will be) a 100% walkthrough, thus including every single quest, all unique items, weapons and armor, interaction with all NPCs in the game, all 8 companions and their quests, all 4 main DLCs, all backstory and every possible ending.
I'll also be exploring everything properly and pick up any item of value, to sell and buy unique weapons and armor, and stimpaks.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------
Quests:
Return to Sender
-------------------------------------------------------------------------
New locations discovered:
Caesar's Legion Safehouse
NCR Ranger Safehouse
Brotherhood of Steel Safehouse
Followers Safehouse
-------------------------------------------------------------------------
Introduced NPCs/Creatures/Robots:
(Veteran Atticus, if I hadn't screwed up)
Ranger Gomez
Paladin Sato
Doctor Luria
-------------------------------------------------------------------------
Unique items, weapons & armor:
(Lucky Shades, if I hadn't screwed up)
All-Purpose Science Suit
-------------------------------------------------------------------------
Additional info:
- Since I previously, permanently screwed up my reputation with the Legion by wiping out the Cottonwood Cove population in the beginning of my walkthrough, there was no way for me to get more Legion fame (since you need Aurelius of Phoenix), even with the provided Legion sidequests. That's why I won't ever be able to access the Legion Safehouse (the unmarked 'A Trusted Aide' quest), talk with Veteran Atticus and get the unique Lucky Shades glasses. Access to the safehouse will of course be featured in my upcoming bonus videos.
- While the location of the NCR Safehouse is called NCR Ranger Safehouse, the key is called NCR safehouse key. It is not safe here to store food or weapons inside containers in the safehouse, as Ranger Gomez may pick them up.
- While Gomez is "away" she actually is in a closed-off section of the cave which can be seen by traveling through the door that leads to the Mojave with noclip enabled.
- In the BoS Safehouse, all the containers in the bunker are safe for storage.

Summary:
The story has taken some parts from the Fallout and Fallout 2 stories, and is for the most part unrelated to its predecessor, Fallout 3.
Fallout: New Vegas takes place in 2281, four years after the events of Fallout 3, thirty-nine years after Fallout 2, and one-hundred-twenty years after Fallout. The New California Republic plays a major part in the game's story, being in a three-way struggle amongst the Caesar's Legion slavers, and the mysterious Mr. House.
