This is another Fallout Perks video on my Fallout Freak channel. In this perk video, I talk about the perk known as Commando. Commando Is a Fallout 4 perk that can be found under level 2 in the S.P.E.C.I.A.L. of Agility. When this perk is used, it increases the damage done by automatic weapons. When this perk is maxed out, automatic weapons do double damage and you even get the chance to stagger opponents at ranks four and five. Some weapons can be affected by different variants and those weapons are mentioned. One saying that must always be mentioned is that War... War never changes.
