This is another Fallout Characters video on my Fallout Freak channel. In this characters video, I talk about the character known as the Arms Merchant. The Arms Merchant can be found in the Mojave Wasteland of Fallout: New Vegas. She is a former member of the NCR who was supposedly discharged due to insubordination. She operates out of a pre-War military truck and she can be spotted at the 188 Trading Post. She will be hostile of you wear enemy clothing. She sells a wide variety of ammunition, guns, and weapon mods. One thing that must be in wide supply is war... War never changes.
