28This is another Fallout Characters video on my Fallout Freak channel. In this characters video, I talk about the character known as Swank. Swank can be found inside of The Tops Casino on the New Vegas Strip in Fallout: New Vegas. In 2281, he is the right-hand man of Benny, voiced by Matt Perry, of the gang/faction known as the Chairmen, formerly known as the Mojave Boot-Riders. The player character can begin the quest Ring-a-Ding-Ding by passing three speech checks in hopes to convince Swank the Benny tried killing him. One thing that always passes is war... War never changes.
