Part 4 of a long awaited translation to a long awaited total conversion.
There are very few translation errors, but I do find a couple now and then :P

My only caveat is the install procedure right now.
So I'll be making a video covering an alternative install method that bypasses the currently promoted all-in-one installer, because this mod was made without needing any extra stuff, it was designed to run on vanilla Fallout 2.
