Far Cry Primal CHALLENGE: level 1 bow as my only weapon - PERMADEATH story run under 5 hours!
10Hello and welcome to watch my first ever stream VOD with a mic. I am sorry of the problems in this video, namely the audio being out of sync for the first 1 hour (seems like a common issue to me, please let me know if you have any solutions), and the 2 connection issues that happened during Blood Sacrifice and the Dev Message.
In this challenge I complete Far Cry Primal (any%) on expert survivor permadeath without using any other weapons but the very first bow Takkar crafts. I use no pets and no takedowns. The only exceptions for these rules would be during Vision missions and when you're required to tame pets (Beast Hunter mission, 3 additional beasts, Urki's New Stink).
The basic bow is not very powerful and not very fast either, but it's still a decent weapon and fun to use. If you're aiming carefully at the neck area, you can even kill elite enemies with 1 arrow which is always very satisfying. The run is full of dangerous moments, I hope you enjoy it.
