Far East of Eden - Kabuki Klash (Neo Geo AES) | Yagumo Playthrough (Normal / Easy) (04/21/2023)
Far East of Eden - Kabuki Klash (English ver.) Yagumo arcade mode playthroughs. (Normal / Easy difficulty) (04/21/2023) (Neo Geo AES, emulated by FinalBurn Neo)
Surely had been a long while since I've done both an arcade emulation and an Neo Geo home port emulation together...
Anyway, this is one of the few fighting games I've been kinda curious for a long time. Even though, I were going to do the other one instead of this game, but I chose this one as I did saw one on my recommended page on my channel home page, so it's led me to motivation to do this, while I'll save the other for next time soon.
This is an fighting game on SNK's Neo Geo arcade system, made by both Hudson Soft, known for mostly the famous Bomberman series, even Bloody Roar on PSX, and co-created with another dev. team called Red. Far East of Eden (aka Tengai Makyou in Japanese) is an adventures RPG games by Hudson Soft & Red, only exclusive for the Japanese PC Engine console. (TurboGrafx in US, and maybe Europe too I guess...) This game features several characters across maybe each Tengai Makyou series compete each other in battles across feudal era Japan. Its sorta plays like SNK's Samurai Shodown 1&2 as it is an weapon-based fighting games, but instead of Samurai Shodown's Rage gauge, this game used its own power meter gauges, called Magic gauge. Its can be easily perform by simply pressing down twice and use one of the four attack buttons to perform it.
Even though, it is kinda an great fighting game, although its never had made into the ACA NEOGEO series for console, just like Neo Bomberman for Neo Geo too, caused of this game is made by both Hudson Soft & RED. So in other words, any Hudson Soft games and software were owned under the name of Konami, which also the owner of the new Super Bomberman R series today. So if Konami were somehow made an series collection of any Hudson Soft games, and if they've features any of these Neo Geo games, then maybe I would be getting it if possible.
There's even an Neo Geo CD version of this game too, so maybe somehow I could try out the Neo Geo CD later in the near future soon.
