You does need high stats for the duo since dungeon isn't level scale and overlevel boss.

Need for armor break or defend down stack for fast farm since Fiend Hunter have high armor stat.

Hold some skills until your partner is killed to prevent aggro share. Then all out to full take on the aggro. This is because share aggro will contribute to party wipe. Boss can quickly take down low health players.
