hey There I'm Chelsea Cannell here with a Review Round-up on universal's upcoming flick Fast Five. The film which debuted in brazil and has already had considerable success over seas, will open in the US on April 29th. With Vin Diesel, Paul walker and Jordna Brewster all reprising their roles, the film is projected to do well at the Box office. So before you make your decision on whether or not to check out Fast Five- lets see what the critics are saying!
Robert Koehler from Variety had this to say "The Fast and Furious roadshow isn't slowing down a bit in Fast Five, by most measures the best of the bunch, combining fresh casting choices, interesting Rio locales and literally smashing book-ended action sequences."
While the Hollywood Reporter also seemed to like it giving this perplexing review "Utterly preposterous, but this car-crazy franchise is armor-plated." Or maybe they didn't like it... they also said "This is the most expensive installment yet and it's clear the budget wasn't used on acting lessons for the cast." I'm confused- Either way it's probably best you decide for yourselves.
