As normal in this new'ish format, I fast forward into the end of the 1st third of the season and show you what's been going on. A few interesting transfers and I did some tactical adjustments to see if this 3rd season at Flamengo goes better.

Starting a new save in South America, inspired by Jorge Jesus going to Flamengo, I decided to have a similar experience in the awesome world of Football Manager 2019. WARNING: lame edits and foul language often used! Also a lot of fun (if we don't lose of course)!
