Cheese Balls Recipe:
1.5 cups Tapioca
1/3 cup heavy whipping cream
1/3 cup water
1/3 cup olive oil
1 egg
1tsp salt
--mix in mixer or by hand
add 1 cup of mild cheddar cheese and mix
Pour in muffin tin (no spray needed)
Bake at 400 for 16 minutes
