Prologue

Ten years ago, five young girls mysteriously vanished during a moonlit festival on Rougetsu Island. When they were finally found, they had no memory of what had occurred. The incident was quietly buried, left to fade into obscurity.

But the past does not stay silent.

Now, two of the girls have died under suspicious circumstances, their faces twisted in terror, as if reliving something too horrifying to name. The remaining three—Haibara Ruka, Tsukimori Misaki, and Asō Madoka—are drawn back to the island, each haunted by fragments of memories too broken to trust, yet too persistent to ignore.

Rougetsu Island remains shrouded in mist, abandoned and decaying—its once vibrant sanatorium now a hollow shell of forgotten experiments and lingering spirits. Beneath the surface, a deeper horror stirs, bound by ancient ritual and sorrow left unresolved.

To reclaim the truth, they must walk again into the darkness…
