Richard Meyer is one of the first four enemy characters you can choose to fight against. All the enemy/boss characters in this game are unplayable.

SNK's original Capoeira fighter. Gameplay-wise he is flawed in some areas, but very playable overall. He has two stances.
===== Additional Information =====
---- When controlled by a player, he is only usable for the duration of the round. The game will lock and reset if it tries to progress onto the next round.
---- His handstand switch move can be done in mid-air, which is obviously not meant to be done.
---- 'handstand' Meyer is a different character in the game's data.
---- His throw is somewhat messed up.
---- He cannot 'normal' block.
---- He can block if you hold D and then get hit by the opponent first... he'll then go into a taunt and then if you release D and then hold D again he can block.
---- Crouching P move seems messed up. You can press it repeatedly and shift back.
