Tung Fu Rue is one of the first four enemy characters you can choose to fight against. All the enemy/boss characters in this game are unplayable.
===== About Tung Fu Rue =====
Tung Fu Rue is your typical old bearded wise-master design. Almost every fighting game needs one!
Gameplay-wise he can be flawed in some areas, but very playable overall.
He can turn into an alternate 'beast' form of himself which results in him being large and muscular. This alternate form is in fact a separate character in the game's data.

---- When controlled by a player, he is only usable for the duration of the round. The game will lock and reset if it tries to progress onto the next round.
---- Both forms of him cannot block.
---- 'beast' Tung cannot crouch.
---- 'beast' Tung's jumping animations are just sprites of his stance and something else.
---- 'beast' Tung' has no moves in the air. In the air when you press the button it just makes the sound, but no move comes out.
---- If you perform crouching moves with 'beast' Tung', he will go through the animations of him 'transforming back'. But he doesn't actually change back.
