Billy Kane is the enemy you fight against after you have defeated Raiden. All the enemy/boss characters in this game are unplayable.

---- When controlled by a player, he is only usable for the duration of the round. The game will lock and reset if it tries to progress onto the next round.
---- If he is selected in the character select screen, the game will lock and reset before the fight loads.
---- His versus screen portrait is a blank black picture.
---- As you can see in the video, he appears with a flawed colour palette.
---- He cannot crouch down.
---- His crouching K does nothing, but you can hear the swish sounds.
---- When on the far background and front foreground planes (with the opponent on the other plane), he is quite flawed, as he slides around for his walks and has no jumping animations.
---- He has no 'plane jump' strike.
---- He cannot block.
