Released by SNK in 1991. Originally called Real Bout, SNK decided to change the name to Fatal Fury although the words "Real Bout" can be found everywhere in the game. By the fifth sequel the game had changed to Real Bout Fatal Fury. Choose from three playable characacters Terry Bogard, Andy Bogard and Joe Higashi. Nice varied backgrounds that changes from day to night scenes. This first fighting game for SNK is not bad at all, a good first effort which later spawn many great sequels.
