Trying this with a friend. I didn't look at the new systems but I've played almost all FF & KOF games. We've both played MotW. This doesn't look or feel like MotW. It kinda feels like KOF15. We don't like the visuals. I hate the comic style black shadows. Characters look really ugly, especially Hotaru. She looks like Eliot from DOA (similiar face) wearing a wig to cosplay as Hotaru. Vox looks like a Jojo character. Terry's victory voice sounds too young. Preecha has the ugliest legs ever. Many of the female characters' moves look/feel similar. Animation weight looks bad in some places. Like KOF15, sometimes characters fall really slow, sometimes they fall fast. It's sad they censored Hotaru's super animation. I hate the dotted background during max supers. Stages look meh. Terry's stage low frame rate is horrible. Music generally sounds like random background noise, kinda like KOF15. MoTW's music is infinitely better. Vs lobby GUI is really awful. At least the netplay seems fine. I hate how they keep changing special move commands for each game.
I saw the season pass has Ken, Chun-Li and Mr. Big. Why?! Billy and Gato both look awful, too. Where's Freeman? It felt like he was very popular. All recent fighting games feel horrible except for Melty.
