To add to this as well maybe add something like since when youre in that 75-99 percent range you get your level 3 so then change it so top mode makes it so you can't blow your meter up or something in exchange but again just looking at it off hand, just seems like a different take on SF6.. a perhaps at points more busy idea of the meter.. although then again it doenst even have the interesting idea of getting dizzy when you burned out like SF6 thinking about and how that works so meh.. Just wish there woulda been some other kinda gimmick to make this more interesting.
So some moves rev the engine.. breaking, JDing, etc... but then some stuff takes away....Woulda added a interesting dynamic to the game especially if you think say.. Lets say EX moves take away from your gauge, so its like yea..you could keep throwing out EX moves, but then guess what, youre never gonna be able to get to 75%, youre never gonna be able to use your level 3s and your character will never do as much damage as they could... Ty to find some kinda balancing angle there.
