I had so high hopes, game - I really did... and this is what you give me? what the hell? I will say that I for some reason had not noticed that my recording had stopped, so I don't have the cards for the characters, which for some reason (a reason that i probably hate with my entire being), get all the fucking info on those cards, after the game ended! goddammit! NOOOOOOOOOOOoooooooo
Alright so let me sum up what I walk away with; Elisabeth is not Elisabeth, not that i'd know who she is then, but she is apparantly a twin, so is she the other unnamed one? - or are we back in the psychoanalytic borderland, that she is and she isn't Elisabeth, because it is all just a side of her? Maybe she IS Faust in this universe? After all she is the one that struck a deal with Mefisto-darling. And then there is the Pinnocio deal, so we all agree that he was a wooden doll, that was made human because his creator wanted it so much his wish came true. And then there is the Homunculus, so we agree that it is a baby/person made through alchemy, and artificially created lifeform. But maybe it's me, but I know that there are theories about this concept springing from the form of the Mandrake root, that looks like a little person - So I don't know man. Homunculus(homuncoli?) are tiny, perfect creations. Keyword being tiny. So if they are both artificial, Eli and shadow-Eli, why are they human sized? and why would Margurite only care for one? Wasn't she pregnant herself? That is at least what I understood from the notes. What? I mean crazy or not, she must have recalled if she had a baby or not (I have 4 of those assholes, and I can tell you I recall having them hahaha), I mean I refuse to even entertain the idea that you can forget that you are pregnant or give birth, just because you zone in and out of reality.
Anyways, I don't get it, the plot is bizarre, and they bring WAY too many concepts in here, and I ended up with a feeling of intellectual edgelordnes - hahahaha i think I invented a new word there. They should have stuck to Faust, and one version of the story - not all of them. It's messy and confused, and I know I call stuff dumpsterfires often, but this truly is.
My biggest gripe with this game, is that if you don't finish the witch puzzle in the kitchen, which I for instance had to give up on - you can't get the secret ending, and so you miss out on like 80% if the ingame lore that makes it give just a TINY amount of sense.
So this is in general just super half baked, and a TERRIBLE ending to an otherwise really good game. Though, it never really got as good again, as the first part. This part didn't have HARD puzzles like the garden part did, but I got lost over and over and over again, because the hints were shit, and I had no idea where to go, so there was a lot of back and forth, searching everywhere.

*I tried this thing so many times, that I was ready to rage quit, so in the end I failed that puzzle, which also has something to do with the endings available - I won't spile it, but if you want to know it's at 51:37
*I didn't understand the lügner puzzle at all, had to go look in a guide, and forgot to add something in the video about it, but the guide says, that [they equal the number of strokes it takes to write the letter above it] - which makes no sense to me at all. it's the code in the teddy box, and you can see me type in the solution to this puzzle here 20:18
