A first look at Armor Strike, a skill forged onto Lianna's weapon.
Armor Strike gives you the ability to halve the enemy's defense when you score a Critical. This essentially lets you do double damage, quite a lot more than what other weapon and character skills give you.
However, when you have the skill it's also possible for the enemy to armor-break you, making it a double-edged sword.
If you're beating unique officers with a single Dual Special already, Armor Strike isn't really necessary. You won't see the effects until after you land a Crit, after all. The glass-breaking sound happening whenever you Crit someone is pretty satisfying though!
That Velezark fight went by faster than I expected though. It doesn't look like he's affected by Armor Break (no icon to the left of his HP), but I should investigate just in case.
