0We were able to reach the rooftops, but our efforts to rendezvous with Douglas Holiday and Aldus Bishop were in vain. We were just in time to see their helicopter fly off, having been flushed out by a number of surviving Armacham Technology Corporation security guards. These new enemies were overall weaker than the Replica forces we had dealt with so far, but their large numbers still made them a threat. After fighting through a few groups of them, we fell down a shaft into a basement area of the Armacham building. This was especially bad because we lost communication with our team. After maneuvering our way through some narrow passages, turning off some gas pipes and turning on the electricity, we were ambushed by two Replica soldiers and a heavy coming out of the newly-powered elevator nearby. After dealing with them, we took their lift back to the upper levels.
