The Honeymooners Challenge:

*Only 1 WM, 1 BM (CC allowed)
*Only the magic command allowed in battle (or do nothing with an item). Fight is OK if you are totally out of magic charges.
*No deaths

COOD was incredibly easy. This dungeon is optional and allows you to get the potentially useful class change. This only took me two tries (got stoned once), though it technically took a lot more, but I realized I was going the wrong way and that got me into a deadly battle, so I don't really count that.

Just a note about the COOD and FF1 in general, it disappoints me that so few RPGs allow for such significant sequence breaks. Up to the Earth Cave, it's linear, but after that, you can do COOD, Ice Cave, Gurgu Volcano, Sea Shrine, and Mirage Tower in any order you want. Would that really be so difficult to do nowadays? I really think that games today could learn a lot from FF1, and I think it is very progressive even by today's standards in spite of natural assumptions. /soapbox

Battles:

R. Gargoyle: These guys are incredibly overpowered due to Fir2. They aren't weak to ice (I think), so even though they are a two dungeon old enemy, they are probably the toughest thing here.

Medusa: Realized later that Lit3 was a good idea. Good to kill them fast so as not to get stoned, which counts as a death, which is not allowed.

Nightmare: Easy, easy, easy. Ice weakness, and snorting doesn't do a thing.

Mummys: Sort of old enemies, so they pose no real threat. They can't stun lock you like other undead groups.

Zombie Dragons: This is the psuedo-boss of the area. I only got two out of a potential four, which was lucky. I think I would have been OK either way. I'm a bit surprised that I killed them in one turn considering my usual luck with magic damage.

A note about my movies: I'm starting to put more effort and research into movie making. I realized watching at 1x speed is pretty boring, so I sped this one up. I'd like to include the normal sounds, but of course, it becomes totally distorted, so I just stuck some music in instead.
