1 - Start on the Kalm screen.
2 - Setup the StatusMAX glitch (i.e. open the menu, close the menu and call the StatusMAX window at the same time).
3 - Leave and re-enter Kalm.
4 - Walk until you trigger the event in Kalm (your party members' entering of the inn).
5 - Cancel the StatusMAX window.
6 - Leave Kalm.

You will only temporarily miss the PHS as you will get the PHS after reaching Costa del Sol for the first time as well.
