This is quite hard for an Ultimate level. You need to watch out for Behemoth's Meteor Counterstance and make sure to not attack him with any abilities (except summon) at this stance or he will counter will Meteor (it hurt a lot). Defend or buff at the first 3 turn until his Meteor Counterstance is off. To make him more manageable will be only attacking him with summon spell, so you won't need to afraid him suddenly change to Meteor Counterstance.

Target Score :
*Lower the Behemoth's Attack.
*Lower the Behemoth's Defense.
*Defeat the Behemoth before it uses Meteor five times.
