Phase 2 :
Hit the crystal with corresponding element will grant elemental resistance and weakness to your party. (i.e Hit the crystal with fire will grant fire resistance and ice weakness to your party).
The crystal has 6 charge, and you will need 3 charge for the last phase. That will only leave 3 charge to use in 2nd phase. Use it when he is weak to water, ice, or poison, (as he will use mostly AoE skill), or when he shift to opposite element in next turn.
If you have charge left, you can hit the crystal with fire to mitigate damage from meltdown when he enter phase 3.

Phase 3 :
DPS race. When he die, he will use Ultima and Meltdown two times. It'll be fine if you have 3 charge of crystal left.

Target Score :
*Defeat the Kaiser Dragon before it uses Nightmare Meltdown.
*Attack the Kaiser Dragon with lightning while it is vulnerable to lightning.
*Attack the Kaiser Dragon with water while it is vulnerable to water.
