There are some restrictions for this fight, first

You may only use one character, which one is your choice.(With the exception of Caith sith) You can use everything that is already in the savfile, Items,limits,materias etc. But you are not allowed to get new stuff, or to learn new limit breaks.Summoning is also forbidden.
There are quite few ways how you can beat them, and one of them is REALLY easy to figure out, if you can't figure this way out, you should consider playing something else.There is also a "Hard" way to beat them, and that's beating them with NM(No materia) and NLB(No limit breaks)There might be a way to beat them
which I haven't thought of, but I doubt it.The HP code worked everytime in my testruns, but maybe it won't work, if so, they'll have 90 HP.
