You've probably seen overflow with Cosmo Memory and All Creation, but can you overflow with any other limit breaks? That's what I set out to do and I was successful.

The above mentioned limit breaks have an attack power of 7 13/16 and 8 times base damage, so all you need to do is find any normal enemy, get a pre-emptive strike and get loaded on Hero Drinks. You also need to get a critical hit, but with 255 Luck, that's pretty much guaranteed. I was also able to get overflow with Cait Sith's Meteor Toy Box under these conditions. It's got a power of 5. Next, I tried Climhazzard with a power of 4 3/8, but that's where it ended, even to enemies with only 2 Defense.

However, I was not going to give up that easily, and suddenly I remembered a trick I learned from SuperAcro a few months ago. It allows you to use limit breaks even when Berserked, and that means 1,5 times more damage. In order to pull this off, you must equip Counter=Mime and Magic Counter=Mystify in that order and then cast Reflect on the enemies so that Berserk bounces back to you. Now, you'll be Berserked, but the limit break will still be mimed. Gotta love this trick. Here's the original video:

With this method, I was able to get overflow with all limit breaks with a power of 3 or higher. The last three limit breaks shown are the weakest, and they only display numbers instead of gibberish. Considering they would have dealt 9999 damage otherwise, it's clearly overflow. I wasn't able to get overflow with Toy Solider under any circumstances, even though it's got an attack power of 5. The only explanation I can think of is that the 5x multiplier is added after random variance.

It should also be mentioned that during a pre-emptive strike, an enemy is considered back attacked until it uses a physical attack. If they use a magical attack and face the right way, they are still considered back attacked. So, if you find an enemy with only magical attacks, like Capparwires, they will always be back attacked in a pre-emptive strike. Credits to KartSeven for this discovery. I had to use Crawlers for the weakest limit breaks since their Defense is lower than the Capparwires. This makes it slightly more luck reliant, since they also have a physical attack.
